  You never get a second chance to make a first impression. Which is why our Climber Relations team is so important, because that’s where Climbers have their first experience of BridgeClimb. Team members ticket, provide information and reassurance and are sensitive to any unique requirements of our Climbers. We are looking for team members who are team players, positive and are full of energy.

  Climber Relations set the stage for the experience of climbing the Bridge. Your duties include meeting and greeting the customers, selling the Climb, ticketing the Climb, and answering any questions or queries the customer may have. You should possess excellent communication skills, great attention to detail and a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
