Employment Requirements
Our trading periods are 24 hours, 7 days per week, 365 days per year. Our busiest times are leisure times such as weekends and public holidays.
All Team Members work shifts during evenings, weekends and public holidays including Christmas Day. All BridgeClimb applicants must have a minimum availability of 3-4 full 24-hour days per week, inclusive of evenings, weekends and public holidays (including Christmas Day). Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents ONLY will be considered.
Right to Work in Australia
It is a legal requirement that all employees have the right to work in Australia, and due to the nature of our business we ask that only Australian Residents or Citizens apply.
If you are invited for an interview you will need to provide proof of citizenship or residency by providing the original and a photocopy of the following documents, (a copy of which will be placed in your file if you are successful)
- Australian Passport
- Australian Citizenship Certificate and photo ID
- Australian Birth Certificate and photo ID
Climb Leader Necessities
If you are applying for Climb Leader position you will need to hold a current Intermediate or Senior First Aid Certificate. You will also need to provide evidence of this if you are invited to Stage Two of the interview process.
