Prize Outline

BridgeClimb Sydney (“BridgeClimb”) will provide five prizes of one BridgeClimb Titanium Gift Certificate each. The value of each prize is equal to $295 inclusive of GST (the total value is equal to $1475).

Date

The promotion will run from 28th April to 11th May 2008.

Competition Terms & Conditions

Each prize will be issued in the form of a BridgeClimb Titanium Gift Certificate (1 per winner). Each Gift Certificate is valid for 12 months from the draw date. Recipients of a BridgeClimb Titanium Gift Certificate can experience The Bridge Climb or The Discovery Climb on a Dawn, Day, Twilight or Night Climb, Monday to Sunday.

To enter the competition, entrants must purchase a BridgeClimb Titanium Gift Certificate using one of the following sales channels; either using BridgeClimb’s website (www.bridgeclimb.com), BridgeClimb’s call centre (+61 2 8274 7782, +61 2 8274 7777, +61 2 8274 7783, +61 2 8274 7776, +61 2 8274 7779, +61 2 8274 7780) or by attending BridgeClimb’s premises at 5 Cumberland Street, The Rocks, NSW.

To enter online entrants must type ‘Mothers Day’ in the comments field on the payment page to validate their entry. For purchases over the telephone or in person, entrants must mention ‘Mother’s Day’ when purchasing a BridgeClimb Titanium Gift Certificate to validate the entry.

Entries close at 12 midnight on Sunday 11th May 2008. Only residents of New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, Northern Territory and Tasmania may enter the competition. Entry is not open to residents of South Australia and Australian Capital Territory. Employees (and their families) of BridgeClimb and associated agencies of BridgeClimb are not eligible to participate in the competition.

To participate in The Bridge Climb or The Discovery Climb, the BridgeClimb Titanium Gift Certificate recipient (“Climber”) must meet BridgeClimb’s standard health and safety conditions, available at http://www.bridgeclimb.com/theClimb/safety.htm. Climbers will need to take into account any medical conditions they may have that may impact on their ability to climb vertical ladders and steep slopes safely.

Climbers must be over 10 years of age and physically fit. All 10 to 16 year-old Climbers must be accompanied by a paying adult Climber (or they may use an adult Gift Certificate or prize letter valid for 1 or more adults).

The 3½ hour experience is moderately exerting, highly exhilarating and potentially exposes participants to all weather conditions.

All Climbers will be breath tested and must register a blood alcohol content reading of less than 0.05%. Climbers who fail this test will not be permitted to Climb and entrants will not be offered an alternate prize.

No other expenses will be paid by BridgeClimb.

This is not a full list of conditions to experience The Bridge Climb or The Discovery Climb. It is the entrant’s responsibility to access all relevant information from BridgeClimb’s website on the page references provided above or from BridgeClimb on +61 2 8274 7777.

Date, time and place of draw

The draw will take place at BridgeClimb’s premises, 5 Cumberland Street, The Rocks at 10.00am AEST on 14th May 2008.
The first 5 people whose names are drawn will be the winners.

Notification

The winners will be notified via phone and mail using information provided at the time of purchasing the Titanium Gift Certificates.
The prize winners' names will be displayed on BridgeClimb’s website at: http://www.bridgeclimb.com.
BridgeClimb’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. All prizes are non transferable and are not redeemable for cash or for any products or services offered by BridgeClimb.

Liability

The Promoter makes no representations or warranties as to the quality/suitability/merchantability of any of the goods/services offered as prizes. In connection with the arrangement for supply, or the supply of any goods or services by any person to the prize winner and, where applicable, to any family/persons accompanying the winner BridgeClimb refers the prize winner and any family/persons accompanying the winner to BridgeClimb’s Terms of Trade and in particular the liability clause 9 of the Terms of Trade.

Unclaimed draw

If unclaimed by Monday, 2nd October 2008 at 10.00 AEST, the prize will be re-drawn at that time at BridgeClimb’s premises, 5 Cumberland Street, The Rocks, NSW.
