We know a great place to celebrate your milestones…

If you have a special occasion coming up, we know the perfect place to make it unforgettable. Whether it’s a birthday, a proposal, an anniversary or even a wedding, you can take your special celebration to new heights whilst enjoying 360 degree views of the beautiful Sydney Harbour. Here’s some of our favourite stories of Climbers that have celebrated their milestones atop of the Sydney Harbour Bridge:

A birthday celebration like no other

There is no better way to celebrate getting older than climbing an Australian icon. Paula and her husband, pictured below, surprised their daughter on her 11th birthday by climbing the Bridge; something she had always wanted to do!

And did you know you can now have your kid’s birthday party on the Bridge? Children from 8 years of age can celebrate their birthday at a venue like no other. You’ll get face painting, a post-climb birthday cake and the kids will even get to wear party hats on the Bridge!

A proposal that’s hard to top

What could be more romantic than getting down on one knee with the glistening Sydney Harbour as your backdrop? If you want to pop the question at a really unique venue, look no further. The Bridge has been the foundation for over 5,000 engagements; we can help create the perfect surprise for your loved one.

Any time of day is special up on the Bridge, but sunrise is hard to beat. Last Valentine’s day, on our special Dawn Climb, Paul proposed to his girlfriend Stephanie whilst on a trip from the UK (pictured below on the right). Fiancé Stephanie said “the proposal was the perfect end to a perfect holiday on the most romantic day of the year”.

An unconventional wedding

On 2008 we celebrated the first wedding on top of the “Coathanger”. Since then, 27 couples from all over the world have said “I do” at the summit, surrounded by an uninterrupted vista of Sydney. It really is a stage like no other!

Stephen and Claire were the first ever couple to tie the knot on the summit of the Sydney Harbour Bridge 6 years ago. They flew from Glasgow, Scotland, to make their dream of being married on Australia’s icon a reality.  “I have always dreamt of having my wedding on the Sydney Harbour Bridge. The views from the summit of the bridge were unforgettable,” said Claire.
