Starting Valentine’s Day with a Sweetheart on the Summit

As they wiped the sleep from their eyes, a bunch of eager Valentine’s Day Climbers donned their famous BridgeClimb suits and took the hand of their sweetheart as the city slept.

Step by step, the Climbers ascended along the steel arches of the Bridge. One by one, lights turned on in the apartments across the Harbour in Milson’s Point and Kirribilli; and one by one, the green and gold Sydney ferries started breaking the still Harbour waters as they made their trips under the Bridge to Circular Quay.

Upon reaching the top, light began to trickle across the night sky until far on the horizon, dawn broke. And it looked like this.

Dawn Climbs run on the first Saturday of each month. Find out more here.
