Once you've completed your eligible Day Climb experience (see eligible Climbs) you must submit a claim by clicking on the CLAIM YOUR CASHBACK button on this website page, or by visiting bridgeclimbcashback.com.au.
Claim within 90 days of your Climb, including the day of the Climb.
As part of your claim, you will be asked to input your Climb booking details and submit a copy of your NSW drivers licence or other approved form of photo identification that includes your official residential address.
If your claim is approved, you will receive an SMS from The Card Network within 2-3 business days after claim submission with a link to download your BridgeClimb Digital Prepaid Mastercard.
You will have three months to download this to your mobile e-wallet and 12 months to use it!

You can claim within 90 days of your Climb, including the day of the Climb.
Upon receiving your BridgeClimb Prepaid Digital Mastercard, you must download and activate the card within 3 months. Upon activation, the card will then be valid for 12 months. Happy shopping!

A Climber is able to claim for a maximum of 2 bookings during each promotional period.

As part of the claim process you will be asked to supply proof of identification and validate your residential address. Accepted proof of identification includes:
