sANTA PHOTOS

Have you got your Santa photo this year? If not, there are fabulous opportunities for everyone all over the city! Get involved in Drag Santa photos at the Imperial Hotel this Sunday. On Saturday, head to Bayview and have a photo with Santa and your dog on the beach. This year there are also many shopping centres hosting Sensitive Santa photos, where families can get a photo alongside Santa in a relaxed environment, tailored to children with sensory challenges.

MARTIN PLACE CHRISTMAS TREE

O’ Christmas tree! The biggest Christmas tree in Sydney is over at Martin Place and it’s huge. The star on top alone is over three metres tall! Enjoy the 330 baubles, 110,000 lights and a dessert bar… next to the tree.

HELLO KOALAS

If you need a break from all the Christmas festivities for a moment, the Royal Botanic Gardens have extended the Hello Koala sculpture trail. The exhibition has 1-metre tall koalas scattered around the gardens, all painted by Aussie artists. The aim is to promote the conservation of koalas and other threatened animal and plant species in Australia.
