1. Administrators of the program 

1.1 The BridgeClimb Aussie Summit Rewards promotion is being administered by Feliz Puente Pty Ltd trading as BridgeClimb (ACN 625 999 877) ('BridgeClimb').

2. Promotion period 

2.1 The BridgeClimb Aussie Summit Rewards promotion commences at 12:00am AEST Saturday 1 August 2026 and is available until 12:00am 24 December 2026. 

2.2 Eligible Australian citizens and residents who complete an eligible BridgeClimb experience during the promotional period may submit a claim to receive a $50 Prezzee Digital Gift Card, subject to these Terms and Conditions. 

2.3 To be eligible for the reward, Climbers must complete their eligible BridgeClimb experience on or before 24 December 2026. 

3. Eligibility requirements 

3.1 An individual is eligible to claim a BridgeClimb Aussie Summit Reward if they meet all of the following criteria: 

• 3.1.1 They are an Australian citizen, permanent resident or holder of a valid Australian visa residing in Australia.
• 3.1.2 They are aged 16 years or older at the time of their Climb (Adult Climber). 
• 3.1.3 They complete an eligible BridgeClimb experience listed in Section 4. 
• 3.1.4 They complete their eligible Climb on or before 24 December 2026.
• 3.1.4A Where an eligible BridgeClimb experience is rescheduled and subsequently completed during the Promotional Period, the Climber will remain eligible to claim the reward, subject to these Terms and Conditions.
• 3.1.4B A booking that is cancelled and not completed is not eligible for a reward.
• 3.1.5 They submit their claim within 30 days of completing their Climb, including the day of the Climb. 
• 3.1.6 They provide valid proof of eligibility at check-in, on the day of their Climb, which includes proof of Australian citizenship or residency (e.g. Passport, Drivers Licence, Medicare card).

3.2 The BridgeClimb Aussie Summit Rewards offer is eligible for a maximum of two Adult Climbers per booking with no limit on the number of qualifying bookings.

3.3 The offer is not valid in conjunction with any other BridgeClimb discount, deal or special offer, excluding Sydney Harbour Experience coupons. 

3.4 Individuals are not eligible for a BridgeClimb Aussie Summit Reward for the purchase or redemption of a Gift Voucher. 

4. Eligible BridgeClimb Experiences 

4.1 The BridgeClimb Aussie Summit Rewards offer applies to selected BridgeClimb Day experiences, including: 

• Summit Climb  
• Summit Insider Climb  
• Burrawa Climb  
• Mandarin Climb  

4.2 BridgeClimb reserves the right to amend eligible experiences included in this offer. 

5. Aussie Summit Rewards Parameters 

5.1 Eligible Climbers who satisfy all requirements outlined in these Terms and Conditions will receive a $50 Prezzee Digital Gift Card. 

5.2 The reward provides eligible Climbers with the opportunity to select from participating retailer gift cards available through Prezzee. 

5.3 A maximum of two eligible Adult Climbers per booking may receive a reward. 

5.4 The claim for the Two Climbers needs to be submitted by the booker, using the same email address used for the BridgeClimb booking.

5.5 BridgeClimb reserves the right to refuse, cancel or recover a reward where the associated booking has been refunded, reversed, subject to a chargeback, or otherwise not paid in full.

5.6 The BridgeClimb Aussie Summit Reward is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

6. Claiming Your Aussie Summit Rewards 

6.1 Eligible Climbers must submit their claim via the BridgeClimb Aussie Summit Rewards claim form after completing their eligible Climb. 

6.2 Claims must be submitted within 30 days of completing the Climb, including the Climb day itself. 

6.3 Claim submissions will be reviewed against the eligibility requirements. All claims will be reviewed by BridgeClimb.

6.4 Successful claims will generally be processed within two weeks from the date of claim approval. 

6.5 Successful individuals will receive their Prezzee Digital Gift Card via email.

6.6 Climbers will be notified immediately whether their claim is successful or unsuccessful upon submitting the claim form. If unsuccessful, the reason will be provided on the confirmation page and Climbers can contact BridgeClimb if they have any questions about their claim.

6.7 BridgeClimb reserves the right to request additional information or documentation to verify eligibility. 

7. Use of Prezzee Digital Gift Card 

7.1 The Prezzee Digital Gift Card must be activated by the activation date specified in the email (three month period).

7.2 Once activated, the gift card is valid for three years from the activation date. 

7.3 The gift card may be exchanged for participating retailer gift cards available through Prezzee. 

7.4 Participating retailers are subject to change and the available brands will be displayed at the time of redemption. 

7.5 Once a retailer gift card has been selected, that retailer’s own expiry dates and Terms and Conditions will apply. 

7.6 Prezzee Digital Gift Cards are issued by Prezzee Pty Ltd ABN 16 602 963 422.

8. Privacy 

BridgeClimb Sydney will handle participants’ personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy: https://www.bridgeclimb.com/privacy

9. Miscellaneous 

9.1 BridgeClimb may suspend or withdraw all or any part of this promotion for any reason and at any time. 

9.2 BridgeClimb may vary the terms or content of this promotion, including eligibility requirements, promotional dates or eligible experiences. 

9.3 BridgeClimb may refuse to provide a reward where an individual has not complied with these Terms and Conditions. 

• 9.3A BridgeClimb may reject claims or withhold rewards issued where it reasonably believes a claimant has engaged in fraudulent, misleading or deceptive conduct, manipulation of the promotion, or breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• 9.3B BridgeClimb reserves the right to correct any administrative, technical, processing or system errors relating to this promotion, including claims approved or rewards issued in error

9.4 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies a consumer may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified.

9.5To the extent permitted by law, BridgeClimb will not be liable for any cost, loss, damage, liability, expense or claim arising directly or indirectly in connection with participation in this promotion or use of the Prezzee Digital Gift Card. 

9.6 These Terms and Conditions should be interpreted in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia and are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia. 

10. Eligible proof of identification 

Eligible Climbers will be required to provide proof of Australian citizenship or residency when checking in for their BridgeClimb experience. 

Accepted proof may include: 

• Australian Passport  
• Australian Driver Licence  
• Australian proof of age card  
• Other government-issued identification confirming eligibility, such as Medicare.
