What are Dine & Discover Vouchers:

To encourage the Sydney community to get out and about and enjoying all of the dining, arts and tourism attractions that the city has to offer, the NSW Government has launched Dine & Discover NSW. All NSW residents aged 18 and over can apply for 4 x $25 vouchers to be used in a mix of dining and entertainment venues. 

The NSW Government has launched Dine & Discover NSW to encourage the community to get out and about to support the recovery of dining, arts and tourism businesses. Eligible NSW residents aged 18 years and over can apply for 2 x $25 Dine NSW vouchers and 2 x $25 Discover NSW vouchers, up to $100 in total. The vouchers can be used at participating and eligible NSW businesses that are registered as COVIDSafe.

How do Dine & Discover Vouchers work:

Each eligible NSW resident will receive 4 Dine and Discover Vouchers in total:

  • 2 x $25 Dine NSW Vouchers to be used for dining in at restaurants, cafés, bars, wineries, pubs or clubs. 
  • 2 x $25 Discover NSW Vouchers to be used for entertainment and recreation, including cultural institutions, live music, and arts venues.

When will Dine & Discover Vouchers be available? 

The Dine & Discover vouchers have a few conditions including the participating NSW businesses must be registered as COVID Safe, the vouchers can’t be used on public holidays and are valid until 30 June 2021.

How to apply for your Dine & Discover Vouchers: 

Using your vouchers at restaurants and attractions is easy, just follow these simple steps:

  1. Choose a participating business where you want to use the voucher.
  2. Log in to the Service NSW App on your mobile phone.
  3. Select ‘Vouchers’.
  4. Select the valid voucher you wish to use.
  5. Present the voucher QR code for the business to scan at payment

To redeem your Dine & Discover Vouchers at BridgeClimb:

As BridgeClimb is often a pre-booked attraction, customers can book online and redeem vouchers via check in, by phone or by walk in:

Book online and redeem at check-in:

You can book a climb as normal through our website, and as long as it's within your voucher expiry period, you can then provide your voucher at check-in on the day of your climb to receive a refund for any valid vouchers redeemed against your booking.

If you already have a confirmed climb booking, you are welcome to redeem your valid vouchers when you check-in for your climb, or by calling our Customer Service Team on 1300 90 80 57 to have the amount refunded or credited to another service (eg. photo package) - please have your voucher number ready to provide to our team.

Redeem your vouchers by phone or walk in:

If you wish to redeem your voucher at the time of booking, please phone our Customer Service Team on 1300 90 80 57 between the hours of 9am and 3pm Monday - Sunday. Please ensure you have your voucher code ready.

Walk-ins - we are able to accept bookings at our Climb Base for the same day (subject to availability) or for a future date. The team at our Front Desk will be able to redeem your voucher and apply the discount on the spot. Please note our operating days are Friday - Sunday and every day during the NSW School Holidays if you wish to walk-in and make a booking.
