inclusivity and diversity
We’re grateful to be custodians of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and want to play our part in bringing people together and celebrating our differences. We’ll continue to focus on how we can better support and commit to a more inclusive and diverse world.

reconciliation action plan
BridgeClimb’s vision for reconciliation is to contribute to true equality in Australian society. We seek to use our influence and iconic platform to increase the knowledge and understanding of the First Nations histories of Sydney. BridgeClimb is proud to have received endorsement of our REFLECT Action Plan and continuing our journey in collaboration with the BridgeClimb First Nations Advisory Group and Reconciliation Australia. SUPPORTING THE LGBTQI+ COMMUNITY
SYDNEY MARDI-GRAS AND SYDNEY WORLD PRIDE CLIMBS
BridgeClimb has supported the Sydney Mardi Gras for many years, running increased Climbs during the festival period with exciting pre & post-climb additions and special offers under our partnership with GALTA. During Sydney Pride we celebrated with a performance from award-winning drag queen Courtney Act on top of Australia’s iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge.
ACCESSIBILITY
Our commitment to accessibility ensures that our Climbs are as inclusive and accommodating as possible.
We encourage those with a disability or specific accessibility needs or questions, to contact our friendly team to find out how we can work with you to see if we can create a climb that meets your needs and allows you to safely enjoy the iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge experience. Just some of the ways we are making BridgeClimb more accessible include, our Auslan Climbs with an Australian Sign Language interpreter, free Climbs for Companion Card holders, and we are proud members of the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Program. Find out more about Accessibility at BridgeClimb here.
SUPPORT FOR WOMEN IN THE COMMUNITY
BridgeClimb celebrates International Women's Day with an annual Climb celebrating inspirational women. In most recent years, BridgeClimb has invited a group of women from Mudgin-gal to enjoy a BridgeClimb. Mudgin-gal are a local Aboriginal-led organisation that aims to support women and children in Sydney's Aboriginal community.
