Enterprise Agreement Hub
a message from our CEO - deb zimmer
We’ve created this landing page to provide a place to find all the information on the proposed Enterprise Agreement (EA). Of course, the information is confidential and not to be shared outside of BridgeClimb.
The Enterprise Agreement is a legal document that sets out the minimum employment terms and conditions for team members, and the terms must be more favourable than the relevant award. The team and EA reps have been negotiating the new EA for over a year now, after the old EA expired just before the pandemic.
Now the pandemic is behind us, BridgeClimb is able to move forward with plans to continually improve – both for our guests and for our team members. We want to offer you a fantastic place to work where we can all thrive and believe the new EA is a positive step forward.
Thank you to everyone who has been part of the EA process, and to all team members for your attention during this important time.
We've put together a few key documents to help you navigate the new Enterprise Agreement - these include; an EA Overview which is a great quick guide of everything key to know, plus FAQs that we will keep updating with any questions we're hearing from the team. We've also included our new Team Member Manual, which includes a lot of important information about working at BridgeClimb. You will also find the full Enterprise Agreement below for your reference.
We have engaged an independent voting service company called CiVS to manage the enterprise agreement vote. Once the access period opens on 6 December, you will receive an email from [email protected] with a link to register and access the voting portal. Please ensure you check your junk mail around that date if you have not received an email, and get in touch if you have any issues.
Within that portal you will also have access to the Enterprise Agreement and all related policies and documents.
The below timeline includes the dates from which the information access period opens, the voting period and the timeline for approval if a 'Yes' result is achieved.
During the access period from 6-14 December, we will be holding open info sessions, where all team members are welcome to drop in at any time to chat through any questions or concerns prior to voting. Below you will find the link to the info session schedule.
If you'd prefer to have a 1:1 information session, please email the People & Culture Team at [email protected] and we can book this in with you.
Prefer to ask an anonymous question? Submit it at any time during the access period from 6-14 December using the survey link below and we will share answers with you via email.
