Terms & Conditions update
We’ve made some small updates to our guest and agent terms and conditions. Important to note, there are no fundamental changes to the way we operate and these changes are just designed to clarify some terms further and align with dynamic pricing.
- For our guest terms – the main change is related to our reschedule terms for direct bookings inline with consumer law. We’ve also refined some wording.
- For our trade terms –
- Clause 2.2 - Due to the launch of dynamic pricing for direct bookings, we’ve amended this clause to cover that the price payable is based on the agents contracted price
- Clause 2.5 - Additions to ensure expected guest behaviour at BridgeClimb is clear
- Clause 4 - Additional guidelines on the BridgeClimb processes and expectations
- Clause 8.2 – ensuring it’s understood that valid photo ID must be presented at check-in

Experience a warm and traditional Welcome to Country and immerse yourself in a smoking ceremony designed to deepen your understanding of its origins, purpose, and significance to modern Aboriginal people.
Learn how to walk on country with respect, guided by a local Aboriginal Elder in the serene setting of Dawes Point Reserve, right under the iconic Bridge.
SYDNEY’S MOST UNIQUE ELEVATED DINING EXPERIENCE
The Pylon Lookout promises a plateful of spectacular Sydney Harbour and skyline views,
featuring the Opera House and a unique view of the iconic Harbour Bridge. Guests will have exclusive access to one of the most unique venues in Sydney with panoramic views.

The workshops are designed for photographers of all skill levels, offering expert guidance and hands-on practice in a stunning environment that fosters creativity and helps you take your skills to the next level, literally!

Health Declaration Forms
Climber contact details must be supplied to BridgeClimb Sydney at the time of booking so that we can communicate important health and safety guidelines to your clients prior to their Climb - including our Health Declaration Form which they will be required to complete online. Your clients will be emailed a digital Health Declaration Form 7 days before their Climb booking. Our minimum Health & Safety requirements can be found on our Pre-Climb Checklist.
If you are unable to provide us with this information, it is your responsibility to inform your clients of these important guidelines. Here is a copy of the questions that will be asked. This form can be used for group bookings, and as necessary and agreed.
Please be advised that we have also completed the Health Declaration Form in various languages including in Chinese, Spanish, and Portuguese. If you require another language, please contact us at [email protected] and we'll do our best to help.
